    Hi Martin

    It is very rare that you require a USB drive for firmware downloads as the only problem it really solves is not being able to access your network gateway while in upgrade mode. Please select Help, Check for Upgrade to run a firmware update. If you are having problems (now or consistently), please select Help, Send Support Request or e-mail support@bluesound.com so you can run the upgrade regularly when it occurs.

    Other good trick is to temporarily wire the player - just during the upgrade.
