    The VAULT can be controlled using the BluOS App for iOS, Android, Windows or macOS. If the player is not showing up in your BluOS App, there may be an issue with your router blocking traffic. If after restarting your PC and it still does not show, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com to troubleshoot further.

    Thanks Tony. The Bluos app is working on my Windows pc but I wanted to use the (windows)Amazon music app and that is not showing de Vault 2 device.
