Mac Controller
AnsweredI continually have issues with the Mac controller for my BluOS. It's routinely stops working, essentially freezes so I have to restart it. This has happened across updates. Is this just me? It's really quite irritating.

If the App is freezing, it is losing connection to your players, possibly from the signal strength of the MacBook or possibly network traffic being blocked. Please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com with details and we will be happy to help troubleshoot.

It isn't network connection I'm pretty sure. It never happens immediately after I restart the App (it only lags a bit then), but consistently won't work once it's been left alone for a while. The music, once I can get it started, is fine, there's just a delay with the controller working, even things like clearing the playlist. I have no other issues with my internet, and I had no issues with Sonos at all.

This added information fact points to a network issue - likely a Windows update is causing a lag in network connectivity when waking up from sleep or lower power mode. My original recommendation is your best option
