My Pulse didn't succesfully upgrade last week - I have requested a link for a manual download (on USB) twice - no success.
I have reached out to the email address - got a failure to deliver message twice but in the end a response that somebody from support would be in contact shortly. That was 4 days ago.
Still no link to get the upgrade - so no music.
Hopefully thgis post will 1) help me to get the link and 2) have Bluesound change their process to allow downloads without any manual handling on their side. This just takes up time from their support staff and the delay irritates their users
