Update failed

I have a Bluesound Node100 and the latest update failed. Previous updates did work.

I tried it several times and I keep getting NODE-4B4 Update Failed.

I also tried downloading the update manually (N100_usb_stick_3.8.13) and installing it. No luck, I get the same error.

What can I do?

  I tried a factory reset and after a long time of flashing red, it started flashing red and green.

  On my phone I got the message NODE-4B4 Update Failed.
