RMA request help
AnsweredHello,
I would like to return a vault 2 I purchased direct from the bluesound store within the 30 return policy but I am having difficulty reaching support@bluesound.com. I am getting a email delivery error in all my email replies. Please advise how to obtain RMA and return instructions.

If you wish to return a Player purchased from the Bluesound store via Digital River, you will need to contact them directly to process the request, as support@bluesound.com is Technical Support and cannot assist in this issue.
