I have called multiple times and left my email and phone. Still not response. Maybe through this post I will get some response.
Blue pulse bar not producing any sound when selecting optical input.
Background up until the issue: Last week I was watching cable TV and in the middle of a show the Pulse Bar stop working.
What is did to troubleshoot problem:
- Reset Sony TV sound to original settings.
- Switch Sony TV sound from Auto 1, 2 & PCM
- Steam Music from Bluesound App (Works)
- Switch Pulse Bar with generic sound-bar (Works)
- Change optical cable
- Check pulse update
- Send Support Request (No Response!)
- Verified TV Sound Switch from TV speakers to Optical.
Still Not Resolved Please HELP!!!!!!!!!
