I listen to Amazon Music Unlimited with both a Vault and a Powernode 2i. I am constantly, but not consistently, having to log out and log back in to Amazon as I get error messages about the remote service. It's not my network as the speeds are fine and both Bluesound devices are connected via ethernet.
In comparison, when I use Sonos and Amazon, the results are far superior. The artwork visuals are sharper and the options are more user friendly. For example, in Bluesound, I cannot shuffle an Amazon created playlist unless I start the playlist first. In Sonos, the option to shuffle is provided from the pop-up list of titles. It's a small matter, but these things start to pile up. I have never had to restart Amazon while listening via Sonos.
I am aware that Bluesound is unhappy with Amazon regarding the interface. I definitely want to use Bluesound's system to listen to higher resolution tracks, but somehow, things need to improve with the Amazon interface. Thank you for your continued work on this.
