    Regarding continued remote service issues: if you find this occurs again, please send a diagnostic log via Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app and a member of our support crew will look into this further.

    I am responding to this message because I have been unable to use the Apple app to send a screenshot of the message I am getting when Amazon disconnects.  I am getting this error message when I try to send the screenshot via my phone:
