Amazion Music Selective Playing of HD songs
AnsweredI just bought a node 2i and for the most part things are going well with it. I use Amazon Music and did discover an issue with playing select songs from the service in HD, i.e. classic rock songs/albums such as Supertramp's Crime of the Century album (Ultra HD on Amazon). The bluos app shows it playing on my phone but no sound comes out of the player through my stereo system. Other Ultra HD (or HD on bluos app) songs work fine, mostly newer recordings. If I switch to playing the same songs/albums on Qobuz, they play fine. And if I just go to amazon music on my phone or computer and not use the node 2i they play fine on those devices. Any suggestions on what is wrong and how to remedy it? Is it the node 2i having processing issues, is it a selective signal strength issue with my wi-fi connection? Help!

Hello Steve,
Really odd behavior. I would suggest signing out of Amazon Music via Music Services in the BluOS app and then logging back in to see if that catches it.
I tested the Crime of the Century album via Amazon Music on my Node and could play it, so it may not be decoding -- if the issue still persists after logging out, please send our support crew a diagnostic log from your player via Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached to the request) and a member of our support crew will be able to investigate this further.
Regards,
Sam R.
