BluOS Installer not working

Hi, up to yesterday the BluOS App (in Windows) worked beautifully, then it stopped working, the App faded out and stopped working. Tried to update it but error message re certain file missing occurred repeatedly.  No I am trying to install thinks from scratch but installation is stalling half way through...

 

Help please!!!
