    Hi Twan

    In the BluOS App, please select Help, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index. This will purge and recreate the Local Library database of music in your home. The LED will turn white. once it returns to blue (this will take about a minute for every 500 songs in your home so may take some time), try again.

    If the problem persists after that, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may take a closer look.
