    Hello Oliver, 

    Please open the BluOS controller app and navigate to Music Services > Qobuz, then logout and log back in.

    If that doesn't resolve it, please send our support crew a diagnostic log via Help > Send Support Request and a member of our support crew will look into it further (the log will automatically be included with the request). 

    Given that Radio Paradise appears to be working, it may also be a good idea to reach out to Qobuz support regarding this in the meantime as well.
