TuneIn does not work

I tried the TuneIn service with my node2i controller but it does not stream. 

Connection timed out http://opml.radiotime.com/Tune.ashx?id=s253510&formats=wma,mp3,aac,ogg,hls&partnerId=8OeGua6y&serial=(MAC-ADRESS)

With the same configuration I can listen to the Radio Paradise Stream perfectly well.

Can you please advice what I have to change?
