    Hello Dabrown,

    Just to make sure this isn't a hiccup in the wireless networking, I would recommend temporarily moving your Node so that you can connect it via Ethernet cable to complete the firmware upgrade (should take no more han 30 minutes).

    If that does not resolve the issue, please reach out to our support crew at support@bluesound.com so they may investigate further.

    Finally got the manual firmware update link.. Manual update worked.
