Loosing android bluos connection after 2 days idle c658
AnsweredI use bluOs on my android. If I use the app everyday i have no problems. If days go by without use my app does not see the c658. I verify I an on the right network. I try to reboot the c658, I have reinstalled the app, I unplug the c658. Non of these attempts work. The only way I get my connection back is to use the menu on the c658 and go through the update process. When the update process is done my android bluos app connects to the streamer, This is quite troublesome. Is this a router issue. If so what do I look for?

It is either a router issue or a phone settings issue. We will be happy to help narrow it down. Once you are connected again, select Help, Send Support request in the App. This will send us the log file of the C658 and determine if it is being dropped by the router. If it's not we will recommend resetting your phone's network connections as we have seen this in some Android devices.
