Garbled mqa files
AnsweredHi,
Has anyone experienced mqa files that sound all distorted almost like its underwater on the node 2. It plays everything else fine, I have not checked off ext dac and I can switch to the digital input and then back to analog and all of a sudden it plays mqa. The next mqa track same thing all over again.

Hi Zoetan
Check your DAC settings and please enable the external MQA DAC if it is so. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the log file. If you do send us the log file, please let us know the make and model of your third party external DAC.

Oh I have support ignores all my requests and closes my case. They are unwilling to help or even reply. I get that is covid 19. I have parapalegia so I get tough times but I own a lot of psb, nad and bluesound I'm beginning to realize I backed the wrong horse so future buyers beware. I at least have a nice book weight.
Not a customer anymore.

Hi Eric
Request 181535 was opened regarding your MQA situation - due to the backlog, we simply have not reached that request. IN order to speed up the process, your follow up requests were not closed but merged into the original one. Thanks for your patience.

It must be a huge backlog because it's been going on since Febuary.

Thanks for your patience Eric - your February issue is a different matter altogether and I am aware of it. At your request, we have re-opened that request as well.
