    Hi Scott

    We have in fact passed this along to our Quality Assurance team to review. In their findings, it looks like, in at least your case, there where some modifications that may have happened with either user policies or user groups thus creating an issue with a previous version being improperly uninstalled. Please continue to work with our level 2 team to find a permanent solution to your issue.
