    Hi Chud

Too many variables in diagnosing problems like this - you would best be served by doing the same.

    ***UPDATE***

Figured out what the issue was: All of my kit was running off the WIFI on a 5GHZ router in a room some 25 ft away. A friend suggested I try the setup in a wired configuration so I hooked up the TV and Powernode 2i through CAT5 to my network.

Success: flawless sound, no drops and most important no pops, crackles or snaps. I was getting worried about my speakers. Now that I know what the issue is, I'll work on getting a stable wifi grid so that I don't have to run the cables.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE BLUESOUND TEAM : I believe you guys have a hardware bug somewhere with the powernode 2i that creates the pops when wifi connection drops and sound is cut. It's something you might wanna look into.

    Otherwise, my system sounds great.

    Cheers!

    Hello Chud,

Thank you for the detailed follow up. Though this would not be a hardware bug (rather, it would be software-related), I will pass this on to our engineering team to look into.

    Regards,
    Sam R.

No, I tried it again without being cabled (to see if a fix had solved this) but the problem comes back after the system ran for a while.

I have same crackling/pop in My setup. It started after I bought 2 Flex 2i and added them to my Pulse 2i. I am very disappointed because it is annoying when listening to music.

Has this been figured out, yet? I'm having the same problem with my setup - I have the soundbar and 2 pulse flex speakers

    Hi Craig
I upgraded my soundbar to the new version ( got a new Pulse Soundbar+ from the store) and crackling sound was gone. I would say that would proof that my older soundbar was defect

Was the soundbar crackling or the PulseFlex 2i speakers?

I think the soundbar was causing it. After I change to the new version this crackling sound was gone
