Windows 10 controller 3.8.2 can't find players

Hello, I updated my controller to version 3.8.2 on Windows 10. Now I can't see either of my players. I have a Node 2 and a Node 2i. Both players were accessible on the older version just prior to the upgrade.

I can still access the players from iOS.

  I'm having he same issue with mac desktop app. IOs on iphone working perfectly. But my desktop player, now (after the update) doesn't fine my powernode. I've reinstalled the desktop app but that didn't hlep.

  Thoughts?

  Issue solved! My laptop was automatically connecting to another router near me vs mine. Doh! That's why my app couldn't find the player.
