I have the same problem. One battery , I have two, both barely used, shows only red as soon as the mains is uncoupled from the player. This is part of ongoing requests.

    Hi guys,

I have the same issue that you meet. During and after charging of the battery pack BP100 of my Pulse Flex 2i, the battery indicator is always red. The battery is charging and discharging normally, but the indicator stays unfortunately always red.

Did you resolve your issue ? If yes, how did you make ?

Is it an issue on the battery (hardware) or is it on the BlueOS application (software) ?

    Many thanks for your feedback.

    Best regards

It would need to be looked into closer to determine where the fault lies -- please reach out to our support crew at support@bluesound.com so they may assist in troubleshooting this.

Hi Vince, I had the batteries replaced under warranty by my retailer. The fault was diagnosed by Bluesound reports. They were of the same batch number and therefore had the same/ similar fault. The new batteries are working fine, they also have a red charging pilot light on them, so now I can tell the battery is charging without recourse to the app. Go back to your retailer under warranty or push them for replacement under good customer service?
