    Hi Marek

    We have heard that some speakers, given their impedance rating are not muting when Headphones are plugged in. Can you please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may review the log file. In the Problem Description, please enter the make and model of your speakers, the impedance in Ohms and the recommended wattage range. This information should be located on the back of your speakers (50-250W at 4 Ohms for example).

    We are collecting information so we may resolve this in the very near future via a software release.

    Same issue here with Wharfedale EVO 4.1 speakers. Submitted support request as per instructions above.

    I have the same problem. Impossible to listen the headphones on my powenode 2i HDMI. It's not working. How to fix it?

    Hello Stefano, 

    This issue was fixed in a firmware update a while ago. Please ensure your player is on the latest firmware release by checking Help > Check For Update (Player)
