    Hello Nick,

    The first thing I would suggest is to perform a Rebuild Index through the BluOS app to notify your player of the changes you have made. You can do this by going to Help > Diagnostics > Rebuild Index in the BluOS app. Once this option is selected, the LED on your player will turn white to indicate the reindexing process is in progress. Once the LED returns to solid blue, please try accessing your music library again and see if these duplicates persist.

    If you are still getting duplicates even after rebuilding your index, please contact our support crew directly at support@bluesound.com or by sending a support request through the BluOS app from Help > Send Support Request to have a member of our support crew look into this further for you.
