Amazon music unlimited and Bluesound Interface

I've seen a few posts decrying the handling of Amazon Music within Bluesound.  I understand that the problem might well be Amazon.  I am mainly using the two with an iPhone.

 

What I notice is that the use of playlists is complicated.  For example, while in Bluesound I can open a large Amazon playlist from the Amazon my playlist options.  If I wait long enough, the entire playlist appears to load (many more than 100).  What I discovered is that if I save the same Amazon playlist as a Bluesound playlist, it takes much less time to load than going through Amazon, but the problem is keeping the two playlists synced.  If I want to add songs to the Amazon playlist, I have to go outside Bluesound, access Amazon and make the additions, etc.- that is all fine, but the corresponding Bluesound playlist will not reflect that change.  I find that cumbersome.

If the issue is mostly Amazon, I'd like to communicate with them- please indicate where such a message should go- thank you.
