From skepticism to addiction!

I received the Node 2i last week.

I've installed the BluOS App some days before that. (Ver. 3.8.0. Updated to 3.8.1 on April 28.)

Setting up the Node using the App was simple and easy.

But an advice: Don't assign/set a password for connecting the device. I did, and had to perform a factory reset to get rid of the PW.

So far no problem with neither the App nor the device.

Node 2i is connected to the Hegel H80 amplifier using digital coaxial cable. I've tried analog connection, but find the sound to be rather bland, but you must try and listen yourself.

Sound is excellent. Broad soundstage and impressive sound quality.

My music sources are Spotify (Connect), Apple Music library and of course internet radio.

Also using the Node as Airplay speaker connected to Apple TV 4K. I've tried the optical output from TV, but volume is too low for my taste.

Highly recommended.
