    Please check the stream in TuneIn as the issue is probably the selected stream; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000261928

    Hi Tony,

    We tried that in the beginning and it doesn't help. also when he streams the same content from a apple device at the same location it doesn't stop.

    I made contact with the helpdesk of TuneIn, they say they don't support BLUOS anymore.

    Hi Geert

    That is unfortunate that was their reply. I am forwarding it to our Product Manager for review. TuneIn remains the number one used service in BluOS. In fact, we have worked closely with them to ensure BluOS is in an exclusive group of streamers that allows BBC listeners with Bluesound to keep the service alive as it was deprecated on most third-party devices in late 2018.

    Are you sure they were not speaking of that particular station you were listening to? Please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may see a log file. In the description please indicate the station you are trying to listen to.

    If you are in the United States, TuneIn removed a number of stations owned by CBS at CBS's request. These stations are now available using Radio.com in the BluOS App but only available to consumers physically located in the United States.

    Een klant van ons gebruikt tune-in op een nad versterker met een ingebouwde bluos module. nu komt het regelmatig voor dat de stream wegvalt en dat hij dus opnieuw moet "afstemmen". Als hij via dezelfde manier spotify luistert blijft de stream wel goed. Ik heb al geadviseerd om een andere stream te kiezen met een lagere bit-rate dit biedt geen oplossing. Er is al contact geweest met Bluesound en zei geven aan dat er vanuit hun geen instelling fout kunnen staan hierin. Het netwerk van de klant is ook gemeten en goed. Wat kan de klant nog meer proberen?

    The error is with most stations. (mainly dutch stations.)
