    We have request 182130 - please check your Junk or SPAM filter and whitelist bluesound.com. We will be in touch.

    We have seen issues with TIDAL specifically. We continue to work with them to resolve these issues but in the interim we have found if you are in North or South America, change your DNS settings to Google's 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 or elsewhere, set it to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 to resolve this issue.

    I opened a support ticket before posting it here. Haven't even gotten an acknowledgment. Pathetic support service!
