Node 2i stops streaming or skips track
AnsweredEver since I updated to the latest version of Bluesound (BluOS 3.8.8), the device has become pretty much useless. While listening to Tidal, it will either not play a track at all, or skip to the next one, or the one after that. I can't even listen to more than one song before it starts acting up. I have very high speed internet at home and use Nest Wifi which is providing a strong signal everywhere. Before the update everything worked flawlessly. Nothing else has changed -- same device, same location, same wifi.
I also stream Tidal via Apple TV, and it works flawlessly. Quite clearly, there is something wrong with the Node 2i after the latest update.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Adnan
We have request 182130 - please check your Junk or SPAM filter and whitelist bluesound.com. We will be in touch.
We have seen issues with TIDAL specifically. We continue to work with them to resolve these issues but in the interim we have found if you are in North or South America, change your DNS settings to Google's 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 or elsewhere, set it to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 to resolve this issue. -
I opened a support ticket before posting it here. Haven't even gotten an acknowledgment. Pathetic support service!

I have exact same issue, but with Spotify. My node 2i is brand new... all the other Bluesound units I have don't have this problem, they are just playing
