Still got a problem importing files...
When I try and drag and drop FLAC files from my Synology NAS to the Vault2, I get the following message:
If I import without the properties, then the files do not show or index for playback.
- All the FLACs were ripped using EAC on a Windows 10 laptop pointed to store the files directly to the folders on the NAS.
- I can move the files a around other locations in my network no problem - this only happens when attempting to copy them to the Vault2
- I also purchased a new FLAC album from HDTracks and pointed the save location in the down loader directly to the Vault - same result with the permissions question - so had to re-redirect the download to my laptop hard drive. Again on attempting to move them to the Vault i get the same issue.
Any thoughts? It would be nice to solve this, I don't relish the thought of having to re-rip over 2,000 CDs!

Hello Neiljadman,
I'm sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues transferring content to your Vault's internal storage. The first thing I would suggest is to try powering down your Vault for 30 seconds by unplugging it, then reconnect the power. After the Vault powers back on, try transferring your music again and see if the issue persists.
If you are still unable to transfer content to your Vault after power cycling it, please contact our support crew directly at support@bluesound.com so our support crew can investigate this further for you.
Regards,
Wesley P.
