    Hi Andrew

Thank you for your patience. It is something our Quality Assurance team is investigating and trying to pinpoint the root cause. At this time we are still trying to decipher if the problem is at our end or Amazon's API interfering.

It is also worth noting that since we have migrated to a "work from home" model a month ago as requested by the Social Distancing Guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 set down for The Government of Canada and The Province of Ontario where our corporate head office is located, it has significantly impacted our time constraints and release dates as we no longer have access to our controlled test environment. This will add time to our alpha testing but will not stop it completely.

Thanks for your patience and understanding during these interesting times.

Thank you for your quick response, and sorry for the duplicate posting. Just my reply in the other thread didnt seem to bump it up so I thought maybe as that thread was considered 'answered' it wouldn't get replied to anymore.  I'm a total noob around here so my bad for assuming!

I have another question if I may: I use the Amazon app to create and modify playlists, which is fine, then go into BluOS so access them via My Music in the Amazon Music section.  But BluOS seems so slow at updating the modified or adding the new playlist.  Is there anything I can do to speed this up?  Why arent i seeing it in real time?  I even uninstalled the BluOS app and the changes still arent there.  Intuitive is it not.

No worries Andrew... we ready everything as we try to be a "Listening Company"

The delay is something we have been speaking with Amazon about and how their API works. If you do major changes, you can try logging out of Amazon in Music Services then select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your player. Once restarted, log back into Amazon to refresh your credentials. I agree not intuitive but again we have reported the issue and hope Amazon can help here as we suspect it is in their Application Programing Interface...

Many thanks again Tony, that's very helpful.

I found a solution to the max 100 songs in Amazon playlists (on a Sonos forum, sorry about that lol).  I will create multiple Amazon playlists (all 100 songs or less) then add them all together in the BluOS app queue.  Not perfect and but will be workable for my needs I think.

I will now find out what the queue list limit is in BluOS!

I have the same issue with Napster. The BluOS team is working on it though.

Any news on this fix? I have just purchased a node. I have x1000s of songs on my Amazon playlist but the node is only able to queue roughly my songs starting with a and some of b. This is extremely frustrating

Don’t feel bad. I left a similar post, using Napster. I switched to Spotify, using Spotify Connect and still have the same issue. Of course, all of the Spotify forums with regard to shuffle playback, all complain of the same thing. Repeated songs before playing back the complete playlist, etc.

Same here.  sometime it loads and other times not.  I have 502 songs in the Amazon HD playlist.  Its beginning to get frustrating.  This seems to be an old issue which is getting no attention.  Ive logged off and on Amazon, tried using laptop, Chromebook, Android phone with the same outcome.  Please post a solution/work around or fix it.

I have this issue as well.  Sad I spent the $$ on this streamer to have it limited in its' use.  Maybe if there was an Amazon connect feature like Spotify?  It this ever gets fixed I will be one happy camper!  My issue is with playlists over 200 songs.  There goes my super mix tape....: (
