    Hello CRD, 

    Please attempt to play the Goose HR April 26 Acoustic stream once more on your player, then send our support crew a diagnostic log of the event via Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app (the diagnostic log will automaticlaly be included with the request). A member of our support crew will review it and assist you further.
