software issues for my vault
My Blusound vault Is a wonderful machine sound wise. However, I have a flac file downloaded that I can't get onto my vault. Normally It would go automatically to the vault once I re-indexed the program. This Is currently residing on my desk top. Please advise. I have also been frustrated with the software that prevents me removing copies of the same music, doesn't recognise mainstream artists/ artwork when I burn cd's. I cannot remove music that has been embedded that I do not want.......Please advise In plain English how to solve these Issues.....

Hi Roy
The file has a permission issue from being copied too many times. Depending on Windows or macOS, you will have to take ownership of the file and restore permissions on it. If you are having issues with this, our Support Crew will be happy to help by selecting Help, Send Support Request
