Connecting bluesound pulse to wi fi
Hello
I'm trying to connect my bluesound pulse speaker to wi fi. This has been possible before, on the same network, but now tre procedure seems not to be working.
I've tried to follow the steps here https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000057968
The light on the speaker turns flashing green, and the app says it's working, but then the procedure stops with an error message, and the speaker goes back to steady green light.
I can't figure out what the problem might be ?

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your WiFi connection. What I would suggest is to temporarily Ethernet connect your Pulse directly to your router. Once the player is Ethernet connected, go to Settings > Player > WiFi and attempt to connect your player to your wireless network.If you are still receiving an error message after following these steps, please send a support request to our support crew so we can investigate this further for you.
