Connecting bluesound pulse to wi fi

    Hello Charlotte,

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your WiFi connection. What I would suggest is to temporarily Ethernet connect your Pulse directly to your router. Once the player is Ethernet connected, go to Settings > Player > WiFi and attempt to connect your player to your wireless network. 

    If you are still receiving an error message after following these steps, please send a support request to our support crew so we can investigate this further for you. You can do this by going to Help > Send Support Request and a member of our support crew will reach out to you shortly to gather some additional details and work with you to find a solution as soon as possible.
