IOS app no connection
After latest BluOs update there is no connection to my NAD T758 V3 receiver(iPhone/iPad)
Seem this is only related to IOS version, windows app is working but who wants to fire up a windows laptop evertime you want to listen to music?
I assume you must be aware of this by now and are already working hard to find a solution.
When can we expect an updated IOS version to resolve this?

Hello Hans,
I'm sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with the BluOS app on your iOS device. What I would suggest is to reach out to the BluOS support crew directly at support@bluos.net so they can gather some additional details and work with you to find a solution as soon as possible.

I have the exact same player Hans has. When adding a player, it never shows up in the list of wifi networks in Settings in iOS. If this is not fixed in a future release, I would like to be apprised of a solution. Thanks.

Hello John,
In setup, the player will broadcast a hotspot (showing up in the list of WiFi networks) if the player's LED is solid green (with the exception of the Vault, which is Ethernet-only and cannot broadcast a wireless hotspot).
If the LED is solid blue, then it is already connected to the network and can be found in the BluOS Controller app by clicking the house-shaped icon.
If you still are unable to see your player however, please reach out to our support crew at support@bluesound.com so they may further investigate the issue.

Correct. But the NAD T777 V3 receiver has no such light.

Hello John,
Sorry, I missed that!
In any case, if rebooting the T777 does not bring the hotspot up (it does timeout after a period of time, so optimally you would run the setup after powering off/on from the back), please reach out to our support crew at support@bluesound.com to troubleshoot the issue further.
