    Hello Rrp,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your stereo paired players. What I would suggest is to send a diagnostic log from both your Pulse Flex speakers the next time this issue occurs so our support crew can investigate this further for you. The next time your stereo pair disbands, please go to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app and a diagnostic log from the selected player will be automatically included with your request

    Once we receive your logs, a member of our support crew will review it and work with you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    thanks for your reply,

    yesterday I unplugged the players and plug them again, today they are still a stereo pair...

    maybe this solved the problem

    I have the same problem. At least once a week, the stereopair disappears from the players list.

    I had the 2 players connected to a wifi-extender, because the wifi-signal was stronger, but yesterday I connected them directly to the router/wifi-modem, even if the wifi-signal is weaker... today they were still a pair...
