    Hello Marco,

    Over the past few days, we have been receiving an increased number of reports of Amazon Music being unresponsive. The vast majority of these reports appear to be from the U.K. and is likely due to server issues for their third party API which BluOS and other external services use.

    Unfortunately, there is very little we can do on our end to help resolve this but our Quality Assurance team will be in touch with Amazon to see if there is anything we can do to help.
