Amazon issues last 2 days on Node 2i
AnsweredLast two days got constant server error message in BluOS appĀ and service unavailable messages when trying to connect to Amazon Music. Tried rebooting Node 2i multiple times, rebooting router, logging in and out of Amazon Music service from IOS app and from PC app and no joy. After maybe 1 hour it magically comes on and works and then next day BAM, again, network error. One weird thing - when I select to login from BluOS app it takes me to a NA Amazon login site even though I am based in UK - is that right? Have Amazon changed something that has caused this problem? Tried IOS app and Win 10 app and both same. Node 2i is on latest fw. Have raised a support request BTW but no response yet (I know we are all working at home etc due to Covid-19, so I don't mind waiting but would be good to know if you are aware of a problem or if it is just at my end)

Hello Marco,
Over the past few days, we have been receiving an increased number of reports of Amazon Music being unresponsive. The vast majority of these reports appear to be from the U.K. and is likely due to server issues for their third party API which BluOS and other external services use.Unfortunately, there is very little we can do on our end to help resolve this but our Quality Assurance team will be in touch with Amazon to see if there is anything we can do to help.
Regards,
Wesley P.
