Delete unwanted track in folder

Dear sir / madam,

 

I am using Vault 2i and a happy user. I ripped one CD to the system, and there is a song with special characters in the name. I tried to delete it from my Macbook Pro and the error is "The operation can’t be completed because a required item is in use.". Then I use Terminal to try to remove the directory / file but both failed. Could you please advise what else I can do ? Attached please find a screenshot from the Terminal, the directory is "Dummy" (suppose there is nothing in the directory, except the "hidden" file ?), and the file is "03 - xxx. flac".
