After supposed upgrade, now stuck on flashing green. factory reset instructions dont work
Hi,
All was fine until...I made the mistake of accepting the upgrade. never had a problem before but this one totally broke it. Followed the reset by hold pause/play while re-powering, but no change. It' just a paperweight now. Won't get on the network so cant do anything from the app. Corrupted to the point of useless it would seem.
I suppose I need a firmware re-install. How do I do that, where do I get the image, etc. ?

Hello Eduardo,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your player since the latest update.Typically a flashing green LED indicates that your player is unable to connect to your wireless network. The first thing I would suggest is to try Ethernet connecting your player directly to your router to see if this restores the LED to solid blue. If your player is available in the BluOS app with an Ethernet connection, please go to Settings > Player > WiFi and reconfigure your wireless credentials to see if this helps.
If this does not help then please contact our support crew directly at support@bluesound.com for further assistance.
Regards,

Thanks for the prompt response. I actually did that over the weekend and I got it to work. A few false starts but all is well again. A little wary about accepting future upgrades though. Would be nice if we were informed what the upgrades contain so we can decide if we want it or not. Anyway thanks again.
