    Hello Kenneth,

I can see your request with our support crew and Vishnu had provided potential options to troubleshoot this further to see if we can recover your Pulse for you. However, if you are simply looking for an answer to your question, this most likely is a hardware issue with your Pulse and not a networking issue.

I truly appreciate your quick and specific response to my question.  I would love to have you guys help troubleshoot my problem, but when my initial response was met with instructions asking me to unplug and then plug the unit back in, when I had already stated that I had been unplugging and plugging the unit in, and asking me what unit I had, when I had already stated that I had an original Pulse (P300), I got a little annoyed.  I apologize for letting myself get annoyed.  If this is, in fact, a hardware issue, then there's nothing that I'd be able to do myself, meaning that I would need to have the unit sent in for service - correct?

    Thanks.

    Hello Kenneth,

Unfortunately, if this is in fact a hardware issue then our best course of action would be to look into what warranty options are currently available for you. What I would suggest is to continue to work with Vishnu as he will be able to confirm this and provide you with the next steps to have this resolved as soon as possible.

    Regards,
    Wesley P.
