Presets Limitation?

Hello,

I have saved 20 presets from my Tidal favourites in the Bluesound App. If I want to remove one and add another one, I can't see all of my Tidal favourites, as there are more than 40. I can only see the first 40 in the list. Only by removing some of them I can also add the ones beyond 40.

Can you help here? Many thanks.

  At this time, the BluOS app only allows for 40 configured presets at a time. With that being said, I will pass this forward as a feature request to our Quality Assurance team to see if we can provide additional preset slots in a future firmware update.

  Hello Wesley,

  Many thanks for your quick answer. Maybe I was was not clear enough: It's not the limitation for the actual presets, it's the limitation (100) for how many favourites I can see and choose from the Tidal Favourites. I have more than 160 but only a hundred I can choose from. Many thanks again.

  Sorry for the misunderstanding. I have tried testing this with my own Tidal playlists but could not replicate your issue as I only have a dozen or so playlists myself.

  With that being said, I will bring this to the attention of our Quality Assurance team to investigate further and see if we can resolve it in a future BluOS update.
