BBC 6 Music on the Node2
Answeredhi all,
It's well documented about the BBC withdrawning their feed / support for TuneIn. Although I find it odd that TuneIn supports some radio stations but not others R2, R3 R4 will play but 1, 1x, 6M and weirdly 4X do not play.
I can play 6Music via the beeb's Snouds app, via Bluetooth this is not ideal so I'm looking for a way to play 6M natively from the Node2.
Has anyone found a way to play 6M while we wait for the beeb to grow the eff up?

Hi Adrian
Bluesound has spoken with The BBC about this. Our TuneIn integration is among a few select third-party services BBC still will work with.
You can also use Bluetooth to stream from BBC's App. If you are an iOS user and have a Gen 2i Player, AirPlay will also work well.

That's strange. I have no problem playing any BBC radio stations (including R1, R1x and R6M) via TuneIn.
Any you located outside the UK?

hi Mark,
Well isn't this the strangest thing - all BBC stations are playing throught the TuneIn app!!!
I'd previously also set up a URL favourite in TuneIn, which wasn't playing, but now is!! No changes made since first posting the original question.
Yes, I'm in the UK.
iOS 3.8.0
BluOS 3.8.8

Glad to hear that Ade. Never had any TuneIn issues myself but then again I rarely listen to the radio 😉

thanks Tony, excellent to hear that you, the BBC & TuneIn are working together.
I am aware that Bluetooth works via the bbc app but that's no good if I still want to use the phone at the same time.
