    Hello Kevin,

When streaming from Amazon Music through the BluOS app, Amazon will provide the highest available quality for the selected song. Not all content available on Amazon Music is available in UHD quality.

Although there is no way to directly check the bit rate of your music through the BluOS app, this information is provided in the diagnostic log by going to Help > Diagnostics > More

With that being said, if you are unable to find this bitrate value, you can also send a support request by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app to have a member of our support crew verify this for you as well.

    Regards,
    Wesley P.

    Thanks Wesley.

So the only way to see if it's actually playing in UHD is to check the diagnostics?

It's not like Tidal where it actually shows you if it's MQA etc?

If that's the case, this seems kind of cumbersome. I'd like to know if I'm choosing a song in high res without having to do some kind of 'back door' research within the app.

I have the same issue.  It will show next to an album that I play in the Amazon Music App as Ultra HD but the same album played in the BluOs player will show only HD.  As I can remember Tidal played in BluOs will list the MQA. Not sure if this is a BluOs or an Amazon issue. There is no ''More" in the Help /Diagnostic. Can you please help solve this?

The BluOS App indicator is HD for any 24-bit file... it does not differentiate on resolution. 24/44, 24/88, 24/96 and 24/192 files will all show as HR
