the windows 10 3.8.1 version isn't working on the arm windows 10 version

I'm an owner of a surface pro x tablet. A fantastic tablet, but the actual version 3.8.1 isn't compatible anymore with the arm windows 10 version. I can't upgrade from 3.6.1 as I'm getting the message that this software isn't running on this version.

  On that website one can only find that particular 3.8.1 version...
