    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Analog Input. The next time this issue occurs, please send us a diagnostic log from your Node 2 by going to Help > Send Support Request. The log will be included automatically with your request and a member of our support crew will review it and work with you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    I know, I've sent a support request as well. I was just curious as Kenneth's description of the problem seems to match mine exactly, and perhaps, if the problem is the same, the solution could be as well
