Bluesound Node2i disappears from network despite staying Blue
AnsweredI keep running into an issue with my unit. It will initially be found on the network and then intermittently drop or disappear (at least from being seen by my iOS and Mac Bluesound apps) despite staying the blue (online) color. The only way to get things going again is restart the node, which obviously is not a long term fix.
Any ideas on how to remedy? This only happens when it is on wifi.
-Just updated to the latest firmware

Hello Lignatow,
From what you have described it sounds as though required traffic for BluOS discovery is being blocked on your network. What I would suggest is to ensure Multicast and IGMP Snooping are enabled on your router, as well as creating a DHCP Reservation for your players.
If this does not help, please send us a diagnostic log from your player by going to Help > Send Support Request through the BluOS app and a member of our support crew will investigate this further for you.
