    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your C658. To help us investigate this further for you, can you please provide us with a diagnostic log from your C658. The log can be sent by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app and the diagnostic log will be automatically included with your request.

    Once we receive your log, a member of our support crew will review it then work with you to find a solution to this issue as soon as possible.

    Same here, but also without the HDMI. I also use Qobuz with BluOs and this problem exists for months already. Didn't manage to find a structural solution to this... Please release an update on BluOs or tell me how to fix this.

    Already did a complete factory reset today which has helped for an hour but then the issue occurs again!
