    Hello Luka,

The setup process through the BluOS app is used to connect your player to your home WiFi network. Once the player has been configured to your home network, any other device running the BluOS app on the same network should see the player as an available device without any need for setup.

To investigate this further for you, I have escalated this as a ticket to our support crew. A member of our support crew will be reaching out to you shortly to gather some additional details and work with you to find a solution to this issue.

    Regards,
    Wesley P.

Hi I have the same problem, working fine with old iphone, now have a new one it doesn't work. Both players have a blue light and don't appear in the player draw of the new phone using the Bluesound app.

    Please help.

    Regards,

    Rob

A few years ago I setup my bluesound system with my old iphone using the BluOS app and all is working fine. However, I tried to use my new iphone using the BluOS app and there are no player’s displayed. If I go back to my old phone the players are visible. Is there a limit to how many devices you can use to control the bluesound products? Thanks Rob
