    Hello Michael,

After testing this here in our office I can confirm that Calm Radio through the BluOS app will default to the highest available quality which is in most cases 320Kbs. If you would like to verify this yourself, start a Calm Radio stream through the BluOS app then go to Help > Diagnostics > More to view your player's diagnostic log. From here you can scroll to the bottom of the current timestamps and look for a recent entry which includes a "bitrate=" value.

    Regards,
    Wesley P.

    Hi,

I have the 4.02 update to BlueOS and this Help>Diag>More is not working/available.   Can you tell me how to see my bitrate on Calm and other services?

    Thanks

    Hi John

On the Now Playing Screen you should see a quality indicator; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000063928

If no Quality Indicator appears you are listening to lossy MP3/AAC
