I have an opportunity to buy a Pulse Mini 2i on eBay. It's new with the security seal in place. Would any warranty be honoured by Bluesound if necessary?

  The warranty of Bluesound players is only valid from authorized resellers. At this time, we only have 1 authorized reseller on eBay called Audio Factory. 

  If you are purchasing this Pulse Mini 2i from eBay, please ensure the seller is Audio Factory to ensure you have a valid warranty on the player.

  Safe and Sound is advertising refurbished Node 2i's on eBay and on their own site with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Are they an authorized reseller?

  Safe and Sound is, in fact, one of our authorized dealers. With that being said, I would suggest purchasing from their site directly rather than through eBay just to prevent any confusion on where this device was purchased.
