    Hello Jos,

    From what you have described with your audio playing ahead of your video sounds as though your TV is providing a lip-syncing delay and could be overcompensating.

    What I would suggest at this time is to check the settings on your Sony TV for lip-sync delay to see if you can adjust for this timing issue.

    If you continue to experience issues after configuring your lip-sync delay, please send a diagnostic log from your Soundbar 2i by going to Help > Send Support Request through the BluOS app.
