Clicking the speaker icon on Desktop app mutes volume but not in Android app.
AnsweredI'm using fixed volume setting with Node 2 and noticed with the latest Desktop app that clicking the speaker icon on Desktop app mutes volume but not in Android app?
Which would be preferred functionality thus they are not consistent between apps? The Android app shows -Fixed volume- and there is "lock" on top of speaker icon where click does not have any effect which is reasonable.
However, with desktop app there is no similar indication of fixed volume (other that "lock" icon on speaker icon) but click results the volume muting. This might cause a bit of wonder if the user clicks icon and then does not see anywhere that volume is muted... I did click it accidentally and volume was muted but then I was interrupt with another matter... Few minutes later I came back and it took some time to figure out why there is no audio in my system even the contoller was happily playing tracks until I clicked the speaker icon again and volume was unmuted. For me this seems to be a bug in desktop app.

Hi Rami
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. When selecting FIXED AUDIO OUTPUT, you should have no volume controls at all, including mute, like you are seeing in Android.
I have escalated this to our QA Team to resolve in a near-future update of The BluOS App for Mac and Windows.
