NAD M50 stuck unable to finish Bluos update 3.8.3

Hi I have tried to update to Bluos 3.8.3 today, but my NAD M50 stuck,

there is a message "Upgrade mode" on display and blue light on the power button is blinking, but for more than 3 hours nothing happens.

I have tried to power NAD of an on again, but there is same behaviour: message "Upgrade mode" on display and blue light on the power button is blinking. I can't listen to music anymore, please help!

  HI Ljubisa

  It is safe to power down and start up the M50 again using the back panel. Please try that.

  In the meantime I will escalate you to our Support Crew and they will be in touch via e-mail.
